LAUNCH X431 GM and OPEL Update March 2026 Details

 The LAUNCH X431 diagnostic software was updated on March 26, 2026, adding support for more GM vehicles and fixing ADAS issues in OPEL vehicles. The following are the detailed upgrade contents:

GM V50.35

Added basic functions, actuation test and special functions for 28 types of 2026 models:

  • Buick Enclave, Buick Envision, Buick Envista;
  • Cadillac CT4, Cadillac CT5, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac Optiq, Cadillac XT5;
  • Chevrolet Blazer, Chevrolet Cobalt, Chevrolet Corvette, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Express, Chevrolet Montana, Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Tracker, Chevrolet Traverse, Chevrolet Trax;
  • GMC Acadia, GMC Canyon, GMC Hummer, GMC Savana, GMC Sierra, GMC Yukon XL, GMC Yukon and 1 types of 2027 models Chevrolet Bolt.

OPEL V43.70

  • ADAS X-613 has been Added and Fixed Known Problems.

 Today I’ve be reviewing the LAUNCH-X431 PRO ELITE diagnostic scan tool, I’ll give my take on the pros and cons of getting this scanner. Unboxing Review We have some documentations: the manual, quick start guide and the activation C as well as a packing list. In the box, we have the OBD2 cable, USB type A to type C cable, charging brick and US/UK/Euro zone style wall socket adapters.
