What is Super Remote Diagnosis Service?
The LAUNCH SmartLink Remote Diagnosis Service is a solution that allows for remote vehicle diagnostics using the SmartLink C, facilitated via LAUNCH SmartLink platform. The service is provided directly from LAUNCH Official Technicians.
Note: Before using, you need to activate the LAUNCH SmartLink C remote diagnostic function and have a recharge card. You can refer to our article:

How to claim the service?
1. Log in at [smartlink.x431.com];
2. Activate Super Remote Diagnosis function;
3. Email your device serial number to [overseas.service@cnlaunch.com].
Who can join this service?
Available to owners of X-431 Diagnostic Tablets and SmartLink C devices (with remote diagnostics functionality) in these regions:
- Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Singapore, Timor-Leste, Brunei.
- Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand.
- Japan and South Korea.
