 Some users have problems such as failure to identify, no response, and programming light not lighting up when using LAUNCH X431 Key Programmer to connect to X431 PAD (IMMO series, PRO3 series, PAD series). Before determining that the X431 Key Programmer hardware is damaged, you can refer to the following methods to troubleshoot the problem.

1. X431 Key Programmer needs to use a USB conversion interface to connect to the X431 device. The USB conversion interface can be found in the package of X431 Key Programmer.
