Optimized the data stream function, freeze frame function, and special functions for some systems.

Optimized the programming, multi-system data stream, and ADAS functions.

HD_VOLVO V18.75

Added fault code help support.

MT_ROYALENFIELD V10.02

Added the functions Actuation Test, Special Function for all systems.
