Solved: LAUNCH SmartLink C V2.0 Function Inactive Or Expired Error

 One customer is working LAUNCH X431 PRO3 V+ Elite + SmartLink C V2.0 for the main unit, but he cannot conect the VCI smartlink. When he connects it, it shows the below message: "Function inactive or expired."

Solution

This is because the customer has mistakenly accessed the Super Remote function.

• If DO NOT need the function, disconnect VCI to network, go straight to Local Diagnose;
• If need the function, you’ll need to purchase Remote Diagnosis Annual Activation Card at first. Then follow the article below:
