LAUNCH-X431 PRO TT Clear BMW X3 Interior Light Error

 LAUNCH-X431 PRO TT supports clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). This article records a user using X431 PRO TT to read and clear the fault codes of the BMW X3 interior lights.

First, connect DBSCar VII and vehicle OBD port, and connect VCI to X431 PRO TT via Bluetooth or Wifi

Select "Diagnostic intelligent", detect out the car is BMW X3 2006.

Start to diagnose, check the vehicle info readout is correct.

Diagnose the vehicle and read the fault codes

Enter LSZ/LCM and 34LM options to check the vehicle info

Select the corresponding function to turn off the interior light

Read the DTC again, there is no DTC now.

The light sign on the dashboard disappears.

Seeing the check light on your dashboard illuminate is enough to strike fear into anyone. While the LAUNCH-X431 PRO TT is capable of clearing the code, you can only do so after resolving the issue. If you clear the code without resolving the issue that triggered it, there is a good chance that the check light will illuminate again.
